Charco X STIMA - Bring back more smiles across the world, 2023

We were lucky enough to meet STIMA in Madrid, where we talked to residents and team members about their thoughts on Charco and the CUE1. We will work with physiotherapists in STIMA, to see how impactful the CUE1 will be to people with Parkinson’s, alongside other treatments. We have received some great feedback already, including one lady who has found it easier to eat using her CUE1.

CUE1, a non-invasive wearable device for Parkinson’s, utilises pulsed cueing and focussed vibrotactile stimulation to reduce symptoms of slowness and stiffness, resulting in improved movement.Developed by a team of engineers, doctors, and neuroscientists, CUE1 offers a novel, non-invasive approach to increasing quality of life for people with Parkinson’s. Using removable medical adhesive to rest on the sternum, CUE1 can provide an immediate aid, activated by the simple push of a button.
